What if I Crash?

Assess the Damage.
If possible, locate the crash site. Call 911 if someone was injuried. Watch out for batteries catching fire!
Immediately Take Photos.
Take photos before moving any of the damaged equipment, unless an emergency requires otherwise.
Send us a Report.
Transparency helps to prevent the same accident from happening twice. Incident reports are not in place to point fingers.
Damage Insurance
Fly your rental drone with complete peace of mind. All our equipment is covered by damage insurance. This covers the repair or replacement cost in the event that any of our equipment gets involved in a crash or gets damaged during transportation. We require a small damage deposit to cover the deductible.

Certificate Required
One requirement for renting a drone from us is that you have the necessary drone pilot certificate. This is to ensure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations of flying a drone safely and legally. We do not want you to get into any trouble or cause any harm to yourself or others. If you don't hold a certificate you can obtain one from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or Transport Canada, depending on your location. We don't ship out rental drones without seeing a pilot certificate first.
